OK, since you asked…we grate our own
blend of
cheese to give your pizza that fabulous taste. It is a combination of
carefully selected mozzarella (of course), provolone (important!), and
two other types we’re keeping quiet to stump the people who
are
trying to figure out why ours tastes so much better.
Whenever possible, we use top quality local
products
– Central Valley tomatoes, olives and garlic. Think about the
difference that makes compared to processed, pre-packaged
food…
