Gigi’s exclusive crust—
Please try it! Gigi’s uses a special process we developed ourselves and cannot tell you. It involves secret ingredients and a unique double-proofing process. It really is a lot of work. But the result is worth it. Our crust is thick and chewy, yet fluffy and light and crispy – all at once!

New York Thin—
If you keep dreaming about “gotta fold it in half” and “don’t drip on your shirt” New York slices, try ours. You might want to come in for these– they taste even better if you eat them while walking around downtown.

BAKING pizza—
Baking a pizza is an art…a craft. We won’t let an automated conveyor belt do our cooking. We are bakers. We check the pizzas and turn them and move them to different areas of the oven to ensure that your dinner gets cooked to perfection.
